  • Residential Listing (under 2,000 SqFt) for up to 35 MLS photos: $350

  • Residential Listing (over 2,000 SqFt) for up to 35 MLS photos: $450

  • Vacant Land, Farm/Ranch/Greenhouse, Multifamily or Commercial Buildings: Price varies see booking

  • Professional Headshots - up to 5 retouched photos: $350

  • Design for Signage or Print Marketing Materials (flyers, postcards, etc): $100+

  • Product Marketing Photos - up to 15 retouched photos : $150

Policies + Procedures

  • Photos will be delivered to you digitally within 3 business days after I receive full payment, fully edited, without any watermarks and ready to use online. Previews are available by request with watermarks.

  • A 15% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking in order to hold your appointment.

  • One reshoot session is available by request at no charge, if booked within 7 days of the original photos being delivered. After 7 days, you will be required to book a new session and pay full price.

  • Headshots, signage or other print designs may take 7-10 business days to deliver, depending on my availability and the complexity of the project. You are responsible for the cost and coordination of the printing.
